— Rules of Use for Bangladeshi Players

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "555gf", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the website located at https://555gf.io and all associated sub-domains and services.
• "Platform" means the 555gf website, mobile interface, game lobby, sportsbook, cashier, and any other service made available by 555gf.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses a 555gf account.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player to access the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money BDT funds held in a Player's Account, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spins value, or matched deposit amount granted to a Player subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed by a Player on a casino game, live table, slot, crash game, or sports betting market offered on the Platform.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the official currency of Bangladesh, which is the sole operating currency of the 555gf Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process applied to Player accounts.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the time zone used for all Platform operations, support hours, and promotional deadlines.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing a Wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the 555gf Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting support at [email protected].

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 555gf. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

Use of the 555gf Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you declare and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. 555gf may request documentary proof of age (such as a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate) at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be closed immediately and any funds forfeited in accordance with applicable procedures.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. You are responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 555gf makes no representation that access to the Platform is legal in any specific location. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and 555gf accepts no liability for such access.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address — are prohibited. 555gf reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and void any associated balances or winnings derived from multi-account activity.

4. Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 555gf login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 555gf will never request your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity carried out under your Account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until 555gf receives written notice of unauthorised access at [email protected].

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

555gf may require identity verification at any stage, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when suspicious activity is detected. Accepted documents include a Bangladesh National ID card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. Failure to complete KYC within the time period specified in the verification request may result in Account suspension and delayed withdrawal processing.

4.3 Account Suspension and Closure

555gf reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including (but not limited to) where: (a) the player provides false information; (b) the player breaches these Terms; (c) the player engages in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8; (d) the Account is suspected of being involved in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; or (e) continuing to maintain the Account would violate applicable law. Where an Account is closed due to player breach, remaining Balance may be withheld pending investigation.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is considered dormant. 555gf reserves the right to charge a monthly inactivity fee of ৳200 BDT against dormant account balances after written notice is sent to the registered email address. Players may reactivate their Account at any time by completing a successful login.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

555gf accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only, via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. 555gf does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in the player's name.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmation of the transaction by the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. 555gf does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges. You are responsible for ensuring all deposit information (account numbers, mobile numbers, amounts) is entered correctly.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being completed and no outstanding disputes or investigations on the Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited. 555gf aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly during support hours (24/7, BST). Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and the volume of pending requests.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

555gf maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. The Platform must not be used as a mechanism to transfer, obscure, or launder funds of any origin. 555gf reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions or where AML concerns arise. Where money laundering is suspected, 555gf will suspend the Account, withhold funds, and report the matter to relevant authorities.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and seasonal promotions offered by 555gf are subject to specific terms that are stated at the time each offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms will prevail in relation to that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they may be converted to real-money Balance and withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), time limit, and maximum withdrawal cap for each promotion are stated in the individual offer terms. Bets placed in games that are excluded from wagering requirement contribution will not count toward the requirement.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

555gf actively monitors for bonus abuse. Actions constituting bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; using low-risk hedging strategies specifically designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; withdrawing a deposit used to trigger a bonus before the wagering requirement is met. Where bonus abuse is detected, 555gf reserves the right to void the bonus, reverse associated winnings, and suspend the Account.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds and free spin winnings expire 7 days after the date of credit. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the Account and cannot be reinstated. It is the player's responsibility to monitor bonus expiry dates displayed in the Account dashboard.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of all bet selections, stake amounts, and odds before confirming a wager. 555gf does not accept responsibility for incorrectly placed bets due to player error, including selection of the wrong market, team, or amount.

7.2 Void Bets

555gf reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was accepted due to a manifest pricing error; (b) the event to which the bet relates was cancelled or abandoned without a result; (c) the outcome was determined by circumstances outside normal play; or (d) there is evidence that the integrity of the relevant event has been compromised. Voided bets are refunded as real-money credit to the Account Balance at the original stake amount.

7.3 Casino Game Rules

Individual casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and virtual sports — are governed by the rules of the respective game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and others). These rules are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the round is considered void and the stake is returned to the player's Balance.

7.4 Sports Betting Rules

555gf offers pre-match and in-play betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Settlement of sports bets is based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, FIFA, etc.). In the case of match abandonment, 555gf's specific sport rules for that market will determine whether bets are settled or voided.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 555gf Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of all pending and settled bets, forfeiture of Account Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or under a fictitious identity.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of a game, table, or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors — whether on the Platform itself or within a game provided by a third-party studio.
• Depositing or wagering funds that originate from criminal activity, including fraud, theft, or drug trafficking.
• Attempting to launder money through the Platform by depositing and withdrawing without genuine gambling activity.
• Impersonating another individual, whether a fellow player, a 555gf staff member, or any other person.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication with 555gf staff or other players via any channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, its servers, databases, or another player's Account.
• Providing false documentation in response to a KYC or source-of-funds request.

9. Responsible Gaming

555gf is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players across Bangladesh. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining leisure activity for adults aged 21 and above. It must never be viewed as a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps on your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts that notify you when you have been active on the Platform for a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account if you feel gambling is becoming a problem. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for a minimum period of 6 months.

10. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from 555gf.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 555gf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruption. 555gf's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of the player's Account Balance at the time the claim arises.

555gf makes no warranty that the Platform will be available continuously without interruption or error. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may temporarily affect access to the Platform or specific games. 555gf will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

12. Privacy & Data

555gf collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. 555gf does not sell player data to third parties. Data is used solely for account management, payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and service improvement purposes.

13. Amendments to These Terms

555gf reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 555gf will notify registered players via the email address on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform before the effective date.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of international online gaming law. Any dispute arising between you and 555gf in connection with these Terms, your Account, or your use of the Platform shall first be addressed by contacting 555gf customer support at [email protected] with a written description of the dispute.

555gf will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours (BST) and aim to resolve them within 14 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the support process, the parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration before escalating to any court of competent jurisdiction.

These Terms are drafted in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
